Day 1: Lima-Cuzco–City Tour

Early transfer to Lima Airport to take a flight to the city of Cusco.
Reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest in the morning in order to avoid altitude sickness.
In the afternoon, city tour of Cuzco visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha and the Cathedral; take a pleasant walk in the the bohemian district of San Blas, house to the most re-known craftsmen of Cuzco, visit its beautiful church, that houses an impressive pulpit, a filigree woodcarving bearing the fruits of the region and visit handicraft located in its small Main Square. On our way back, pass by the Hatunrumiyoc Street where you can appreciate the Twelve-angled stone. Then, drive out of the city to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, built strategically on a hill overlooking Cusco; famous for its enormous carved stones joined with astounding precision to form the outer walls. Some of these stones stand over 9m / 30ft tall, and weight over 350 tons.

Day 2: Machu Picchu

You will be picked up from your hotel At 05:45 , transfer to the train station where you'll get the train which leaves at 06:00. Arrival to the Aguas Calientes Train Station around 09:10, from where you take a 15 minute bus ride to the ruins of Machu Picchu. The ruins are on the eastern slope of Machu Picchu in two separate areas: the agricultural and the urban. Guided sightseeing through the archaeological site of Machu Picchu visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial (the greatest Intihuatana), the Royal Quarters, the Temple of Three Windows and various burial grounds. Time free to stroll by the archaeological site. Lunch at a restaurant at Aguas Calientes town. Late afternoon return to Cusco Train Station. Pick up upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 3: Sacred Valley of the Incas

After breakfast, the excursion will take you to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a succession of picturesque towns, agricultural terraces and archaeological sites. First you will visit Pisac, with its typical market, and picturesque cultivated terraces in the mountain slopes, also famous for its Sunday Fairs where you will be able to appreciate and buy beautiful handicraft.
Lunch at a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley.
Continue up the Urubamba Valley to the highlight of this day, a visit to the Town of Ollantaytambo. The upper section of Ollantaytambo features a fortress made up of a series of carved stone terraces built to protect the valley from possible invasion by warring jungle tribes. After visiting the town and fortress of Ollantaytambo the excursion will continue to the village of Chinchero where the remains of what was the royal hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui lie. After this splendid excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas you will return to your hotel.

Day 4: Excursion to Ruins of Pikillacta

We begin our route by the Pikillacta Ruins to 30kms to the south of the Cusco, considered like an archaeological group of the Pre time Inca, place where the narrow streets of the old city are conserved. In the Way to andahuayllas, we can to observe Los Altos and Rumicolca Façade, which are obligatory the main entrance to the valley of the Cusco. In the population of andahuayllas the famous church considered as the Sistine Chapel of America is visited. In its interior we found one of the beautiful samples of the colonial art with its golden altars, policromados Murals, Pictures and ceilings. During the route we will pass by the towns of san Sebastián, san Jeronimo, Saylla and Oropeza, Traditional towns by its famous delicious breads and chicharrones of Pigs. When we return a delicious plate of Chicharrones de Cerdos will be able to be tasted.

Day 5: Cuzco-Lima

After breakfast, transfer to Airport. End our services.
